v0.7.0 macOS-arm64 tarball ships only the hence dispatcher binary; subcommands (status, whoami, init, spawn, etc.) all dispatch to external hence-<subcommand> binaries that aren't in the tarball. Installer reports success, but no operational command works.

Rolled back to 0.6.7.
